Welcome to ITC 2026 Exhibitor Hub

Powered by the A2z Events platform, the new and robust Exhibitor Hub offers a variety of features to ensure your success at ITC 2026. This portal is more than just a logistics tool, it is a dynamic resource where attendees can search the exhibitor list to discover your brand, plan their visit, and drum up excitement before the doors even open.

In addition to your presence here, your company name and booth number will be featured on the main ITC website, with a direct link to your own corporate website to drive traffic your way.

Maximize Your Presence

The Exhibitor Hub is your one-stop shop for eBooth management. We have expanded our features to provide you with a full toolkit:

  • eBooth Profiles: Upload logos, photos, and deep-dive descriptions of the products you’ll showcase on the floor.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Use the new exhibitor task completion tracker and organization page view analytics to stay organized and measure engagement.
​​​​​​​Note on Financials: You will continue to view invoices, manage payments, and handle your online exhibit contract through the original My Account Exhibitor Console portal.

Booth Selection Instructions

Returning User: Use this if you are the same person who booked the booth last year.
  • Click Login on the top right-hand corner and log in with your credentials.
  • Once logged in, select Online Contract from the Exhibit Information dropdown menu in the header and proceed to select your booth and complete the reservation.
New Exhibiting Company: Use this if your company has never exhibited at ITC before.
  • Click Create Account to establish your personal user profile.
  • Go back to the main page by clicking Booth Reservation from the Exhibit Information dropdown in the header and enter your company name in the field on the bottom right-hand corner to create the company profile.
  • Enter the requested company information, then click Online Contract in the header to book your booth.
New Contact for Returning Company: Use this if your company exhibited last year, but you are a new person reserving the booth.
  • Click Create Account to establish your personal user profile.
  • Go back to the main page by clicking Booth Reservation and search for your company name on the bottom right-hand corner to link yourself to that company. Important: You will be marked as pending and unable to select a booth until approved. Please email staff@telemetry.org so they can approve your account promptly and you may proceed to select your booth. 
Note: You may see a secondary registration form; if this pops up, please complete the necessary information. 

Looking Ahead: The ITC Mobile App

Please note that the ITC 2026 Mobile App is hosted on the Cvent platform. In July, you will receive a specific email with instructions and a unique link to update your profile. The mobile app will include your company description, logo, product videos, slick sheets, etc. You do not need to take action regarding the mobile app within this A2z Exhibitor Hub. 

It is important that you provide us with the email of the contact person responsible for completing your company information in the mobile app so they receive that important email in July for setup. Please send this contact information to staff@telemetry.org.
